For those wishing to stay for more than one night - £80 per room per night (equivalent to £40 per person per night) - For those wishing to stay for one night only - £90 per room per night (equivalent to £45 per person per night)
- For those wishing to stay for 7 consecutive nights or more - £72 per room per night (equivalent to £36 per person per night)

Terms - when booking direct
- 50% payable at time of booking
- 50% payable on departure
Refunds - when booking direct
- If cancelled more than 7 days prior to booked arrival date:
A full refund of the deposit will be returned immediately. - If cancelled within 7 days of booked arrival date:
50% of the deposit will be returned immediately.
If we receive a replacement booking we will gladly refund any deposit owing. - If cancelled within 3 days of booked arrival date:
No refund of deposit will be eligible. If however we receive a replacement booking we will gladly refund any further deposit owing. - If a deposit has been paid by Debit or Credit card we reserve the right to deduct any commission charge paid to the Bank or Credit Card Company
Children
Children over 10 years old are warmly welcome!
Smoking
We have a no smoking policy.
Pets
We do not accept any pets - however sweet and well trained they might be - as we have Labrador dogs!
